Fussigny’s XO is a Grande and Petite Champagne blended cognac. It consists of at least 50% Grande Champagne eau-de-vie. A. de Fussigny’s distilling methods are traditional. The humid cellars of A. de Fussigny are ideal for aging cognac, as they are situated by the banks of the river of Charente, in the cognac region. This kind of storage enhances aromas to where they are supposed to be, giving this cognac a fine and exquisite taste. Like all other Fussigny Cognacs, the A. de Fussigny XO Fine Champagne is aged either in Tronconnais casks or Limousin oak barrels.

AE Dor Vieille Reserve No.10

Submitted by on March 7, 2013 – 12:20 pmNo Comment

A 50 Year Old Premier Cru Cognac from legendary house of AE DOR Cognac. This Grande Champagne masterpiece certainly won’t disappoint. A fabulous Cognac for the connoisseur.

This cognac was founded in the late 1980s on a property in Lignieres-Sun Ville in Grande Champagne. It is a vintage cognac from 1922. It was taken from barrels in 1965, when it was decanted to demijohn’s. It’s and uncompromising cognac of rare race and class. Unfortunately, few people cognac can enjoy a cognac at this level.
