bought a remy martin a few days ago. have been looking for a cognac that is very smooth and not blunt with alcohol flavor. the remy was nice but i tried a cognac several years ago and never did find out what it was called. very mild with coffee, coconut, almond like flavor. definately a hint of chocolate as well. almost mistook it for kahlua but realized it was a bit warmer although smooth like a cream based liquer . this it was not. have any ideas. I have spent hundreds of dollars on market store cognacs with nothing but disappointment. so far the remy has been the best. i think i got 450ml for $27 plus the wonderful tax. If you have any clue as to what kind of cognac this may be. Please email me and tell me what you know. although i am not rich and cannot afford several thousand dollars for a good cognac i would be willing to spend a couple hundred even if it was less than 750ml. Thank you for your time and i cant wait for a response.
